I am very very pleased with the fast and easy process I received at Stonecrest one main financial. No hassle. Just excellent customer service. Monica helped me get the loan I needed just before the holidays. And it was great to see a familiar face. And that was Shannon. She’s so sweet and kind. Thank you all for getting me right for the loan I needed to help me!

Customer service needs to be improved. The ladies I spoke with both had unwarranted attitudes and were quick to hang up in my face. You ladies could benefit from being kinder and more patient with customers.

My experience was excellent. Shannon was outstanding. Her smile, knowledge, professional was outstanding.

I filled out the prequalified application to see if I would be approved so it wouldn’t hurt my credit. When I got the approval, I went ahead and hit submit. What I did not know until after they have pulled my credit report is, you’re approved if you have a car with a title or you don’t owe much left on your car. Now I have a hard inquiry on my credit and if I had of known this was the requirement, I never would have applied. This information needs to be explained or made clear because I was looking for a personal loan not a title loan.

Very disappointed to see that a second hard inquiry was run in my loan consideration process, I only authorized a single hard inquiry. When I reached out spoke to Monica” who said among other speculative reasons that their customer contact system purges all detailed records after 30 days, so she had no way of telling what happened🤔 very inconvenient and definitely unauthorized.

I visited one main financial Stonecrest location and this is my second time getting a loan from them. They are always so pleasant and Jessica made the process smooth and easy. No hassle application and everything went quick and easy. It was great seeing Shannon familiar face again. Thanks again Jessica I appreciate you!
