I went in today to pay off my loan. Talked to a guy named Robert and he didn't want to provide anything saying paid in full or showing a 0 balance. These folks are trained crooks. I will also be posting a complaint with the BBB. Consumer BEWARE!

Nice staff...but they need to get with the times...you should b able to set up a future payment or pay over the phone with a routing number an account number...but no they wanna charge you a fee to use a debit card...there shouldn't b a fee if they are not or will not offer you another option such as routing number associated with a checking account its ridiculous an so far behind the times..get with it people...its 2023..
