This bank has been consistantly closing early for months DURING A PANDEMIC. ESSENTIALLY HOLDING EVERYONES PAYCHECKS HOSTAGE. THE THOUGHT OF A BANK CLOSING EARLY ON A FRIDAY AND EXPECTING TO STILL DO BUSINESS IS ABSURD. SO BASICALLY MY WHOLE FAMILY'S PAYCHECKS ARE OF ZERO USE TO ANY OF US UNTIL MONDAY WHERE HOPEFULLY THEY WILL BE OPEN. I GUESS WE DONT MATTER AFTER THEY GET OUR BUSINESS. So in short dont show up at 4 oclock expecting to be able to cash your paychecks with bb&t. Edit they also moved the atm to one of the drive through lanes already in use. So if you dont have 30 mins to wait behind people doing regular banking then dont go to sylvania bb&t

This is only for Screven County Branch. I have been with this bank since 2020 and my daughter had been there since 2010 or earlier. We have been very well known with the tellers. I really like the tellers, but there have been issues with them, miss counting my money and depositing my money in the wrong bank account. I have a bank receipt with someone else account information. I am not for sure when they also started being so rude and uncaring. Whatever is going wrong they need to fix it.
