Well so far the communication hasn’t been all that great. I put my application in on July 25th. I received two calls in the first day or two asking if I uploaded my documents. After that I have had to call to find out what’s going on. The quote I received online is much higher than what I was told on the phone. I was under the impression the process would be a lot quicker than this. I hope in the end I am able to update this review with 5 stars but we shall see.

Super nice staff and my brother referred me and it's been exceptional service everytime.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is awful to do business with. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. Calling Customer Service is just as bad. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

The staff were very attentive, answered my questions without hesitation, and were not distracted by other things going on in the office while helping me.
