Buyers be weary of this corporation. They charge you 31% interest and THEY DO NOT REFINANCE! I paid my car off and they also ONLY report closed to the credit Bureau and not paid off when you are done with them. I'm Still getting screwed by them and all the staff at all locations are rude. They must train them this way.

John Banister has been my go to person for years. He is always professional. He has helped me acquire at least 6 vehicles. He is honest. Amber and Ree are awesome as well. The entire office staff go above and beyond. If I send someone for a loan, First Franklin is my first choice.
