Customer service is always sweet and helpful. I appreciate the little lady that always takes my payment. She is always smiling when I enter. She is very sweet and I like that alot. I always talk to her as if I have known her all my life. She is a very sweet and easy person to talk to.

I have done business at the Winder location and honestly said I would never do business with First Franklin again…. then I came to Toccoa and I will say all the girls at this location are awesome!!! They are all so down to earth and very friendly!!! Go see them!!!

We received mail from Franklin Financial with a check that is a $3,000 loan. It has an APR of 33.62. This is predatory. Obviously we didn’t cash it, but there are plenty of desperate people (who don’t read the fine print) who might, and then be on the hook to these crooked bums. Stop sending people checks with their names on them!

I have been with this same office since I was 18 and have always felt like part of a family. They are always friendly and understanding. So if you need some money stop by and see these folks. They will try their best to help you.
