Covington Credit, Toccoa, GA

I got a letter in the mail so I called to see if it was legit. Surprisingly, they told me it was and within 15 mins I was approved for a bigger loan. The payments are low too. I will be doing more business with Covington Credit in the future.

The customer service here is exquisite! Theyre very friendly and polite! Every time I come in to make a payment I'm always greeted with a smile. I appreciate the courtesy calls when cash is available. And it's wonderful that they work with you if you're a few days late. This is a fantastic business with a fantastic staff. One of the best in town! I HIGHLY recommend this business if you're in need of extra cash!

When I had a loan through them, they were extremely professional. No complaints there. However, I have paid off all loans and live almost 800 miles away, yet I just saw they tried to call me almost 40 times in the matter of 2 minutes yesterday. This is extremely ridiculous. Not sure if it's an automated call or what, but I'd appreciate it if it would stop.

I just paid off my second loan with Covington Credit. They are always so friendly, I make most of my payments online because its convenient and works better for my schedule. But anytime I've come into the office to make a payment, they are so welcoming. They also follow up with phone calls regularly about once every couple months or so just seeing if I need extra cash at that time. Overall the customer service is excellent, they understand that customers are what keeps a business going and treat them well.

The customer service here is excellent! I called and spoke with the manager, who was the only person there at the time, and he started working on my application immediately. Called me back within an hour, and told me to come in!! He was very friendly, thorough, and had me in and out of there in no time! Thank you!!! 5 stars!!!!
