Customer Service is so Important! The people @1st Financial are Amazing; Ms. Briana, Mr. Cory and Ms. Denise were the people I dealt with, their customer service is above board. I observed Ms. Iesha she was also Amazing. Visit them if you find yourself in need, they were very efficient.

My experience with its Franklin was awesome. I’esha was knowledgeable and patient. I will definitely recommend that you call I’esha when you need money in a hurry.

Mr.Cory Copeland was very helpful, professional and very welcoming. I definitely recommend for those who are interested in a loan.

Cory Copeland has helped me tremendously with getting approve for my loans. He has shown me nothing but great customer service. I have been working with him for 4yrs now. I would not have it no other way.

Many will be obtaining loans but please stay away from this location!!! 1st Franklin as a company is fair and meets the needs of the community. However, I DO NOT recommend visiting the Tucker location. The branch manager Corey is rude, disrespectful and a prime example of why not everyone needs a job title or status. He will walk pass customers and not speak, very little human decency. Now that he actually has an office he has become even more rude and dismissive. The other staff is easy to work with. I've seen him ignore phone calls and heard him say they will just have to wait! If you need a loan you should go to a different location! Maybe then he will realize that just because people are in need of a loan does not mean he should treat people as less than human. I'm also contacting the corporate office, he should NOT be a branch manager!

I needed a quick loan for car repairs and they came through. Ms. Jaimini was so friendly and personable, as well as professional. She explained everything as needed and I was in and out of the office in no time. We also had a great conversation! Thanks 1st Franklin!

Generally I’ve had good interactions and services from the Tucker GA. Location but today my experience was horrible with the representative I spoke with on the phone. She seemed to not be knowledgeable and displayed very poor listening skills. She gave was giving me the details she wanted to give instead of answering the question asked and when I tried to clarify what I was actually asking I was met with a combative condescending tone. I spoke with Ms. Teressa, she might have just been having a bad day, everybody has one now and again but if this is her on a daily basis then she definitely needs a retraining.
