In December 2017 I went to their business I met Al, Ross and Robin I needed to get a loan they were very helpful and pleasant, right after I got the first loan my car broke down so I had to go back and get another loan, and the experience was just as pleasant as the first time. A complete waste of three hours of my life. I called another location which advertises hours of 8am to 8pm yesterday and received a text indicating they were busy right now. Called back this morning as I’m en route and was told no one would be in the office and referred me to a “partner”. Drove another hour to THIS location and was told by the older man with the superior attitude they couldn’t loan on the title because it was issued outside of the metro area although I LIVE AND WORK in Atlanta. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.
