One main used to be an outstanding institution to do business with. Obviously they have had an overturn of employees in the office and it is no longer the same business. They claim to work with people in the entertainment industry but yet they fail to understand how payroll works in the entertainment industry. Had loan with them one time before with no problems and early payoff, will never do business with them again!

The ladies of One Main Financial are amazing. The office is very clean. I had a wonderful experience with the Hugh Howell office. I was treated with the utmost respect. Applying was easy, I was approved immediately. Easy application reapply, loan. Great staff, with the office manager on site. OMG If you have a choice choose a root canal or the dmv itll be less painful youll be treated better and something will eventually get done. I am handicapped and have to have assistance walking, as I entered I was greeted by a barracuda insisting I had to wear a mask, even though the sign right there said masks are optional if you are vaxxed. She said "I don care wat dee sign say, if you gon be in heah you wear a mask. So i struggle back out and get a mask i then wait about ten mins and she asks my name, though no one else is in there, i say south and she says "yo fust name" I said mister. She rolls her eyes and says what you want. I said to pay off a credit card. She say wiff what...i said cash She days we don cep no cash in heah you gots to go down to publix an get a money owda. I gave up and called in on the phone to do it This person clearly has a problem...it felt like because im white, but maybe it was because im old or crippled i dont know...what i DO know is avoid this place
