I don't particularly like the fact for having to get a loan for an emergency. I did what I had to do but I would like to have an option to pay online and also not have to pay this high interest. I will be glad when I finish with this account and hope and pray I don't need another loan and I wish the payment structure was revamped to make it easier to pay off. Alecia is awesome with awesome customer service and a very pleasant personality.
