I came into the store to inquire about the title pawning process. I ended up speaking to the assistant store manager named Leon. He was very polite and friendly. Ive never done a title pawn before and heard some horror stories, but I needed some extra cash because of something that happened to my home. After my conversation with Leon I felt more at ease about the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and had answers for every question I asked him. I will be returning next week to do business with him. If I could give more stars I would. Thank You Leon.

I knew nothing about title pawns and felt so uneasy coming into this store, but let me tell you something. KJ put my mind at ease because she was so knowledgeable about the process and made sure I understood everything from beginning to end. She made sure I asked questions and made sure there was no room for doubt. I absolutely love her professionalism and empathy. I would recommend this location to anyone.

Horrible customer service. Today I came in and spoke to the assistant manager and a guy named Liam. We went through the process of the application and I had to leave to go get my phone to receive the code. As soon as I returned Liam informed me that he would not be able to do the appraisal based off of his knowledge. He would not even let me process the application. Therefore he let me leave the store and return just to deny me. He told me he does good business but this is not good business not even processing the application I will be speaking to higher ups. I wanted TitleMax to give me an appraisal today and he will not even process my application. Horrible people

KJ was so amazing! She was very knowledgeable and had a great attitude. Her professionalism and energy made being in a tough situation easier. I appreciate her hospitality and would recommend anyone who is in need of emergency funds to go see her!
