Alecia was a pleasure to work with and very quick to get my second loan with then set up. Very happy with my experience thus far. Also their loan management website is very convenient when making payments from the comfort of my own home.

Used them years ago (so this review is late) and discovered my closed-out account that I had paid off (albeit belatedly) was reported as unpaid. They were not only rude when I called to address it, but unhelpful. For all I know they pocketed my cash. Needless to say I never went back and suggest you don't either. IF you must, pay CLOSE attention to everything, at least.

First, 1st First Franklin was definitely there in my time of need. But most importantly as I was a resident of Valdosta, GA Alecia was definitely my rock during my whole process!! I have been a customer with them since 2018 to 2021 & would definitely return to the Valdosta office if I could. I say if could because I moved back home to Columbus, ga & they were very helpful as well but the Valdosta office. Alecia & Miss Cecilia have been most helpful!! I would return if I could!!! I will always cherish the professional relationship with the Valdosta, GA Office!!!

I actually had a pleasant experience with them. From the beginning of the process to the end. It's a easy process to get the loan. And the women are soo nice.

The team at First Franklin is top notch. From their knowledge of how to better serve their customers, to their excellent customer service, they always get it right. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable, but most important they are kind, and display the kind of compassion needed in your time of need. I can always count on them.

These ladies have been nothing but wonderful to deal with. Always nice and do everything they can to get me what I need!
