Ruth at the Valdosta office is the absolute worse. I have always paid my loans back on time and in full. Ruth has terrible customer service, and a horrible attitude! She will hold you accountable for someone you referred who didn't pay. Ruth has been with access loan for a long time and she uses what little authority she has to lie to her managers and get loans denied. I would NEVER recommend the Valdosta location to anyone.
