I have been with security Finance since 19 83 they were always there to help me but I like to compliment Matt the manager at Villa Rica Security Finance and Anna also with Security Finance in Villa Rica great people and great customer service

If I could rate this company as negative 100 I would. This company has refused to accept early pay-off on my loan even though the contract clearly states early payoff was available. The office admin's Jessica and Olivia lied to me on several occasions, never follow-up as promised and does not adhere to the office hours stated on the website or the office door. They provided horrible customer service - BEWARE. If your goal is to avoid interest and pay-off early, they will block you from doing so.

Sharnisa or whatever her name is...horrible customer service. Sounds like she dosnt even want to attend any customers.
