I appreciate the attempt at trying to correct the issue...I called the company and couldn't even get connected with a representative who could help. I was transferred around and one woman couldn't even pull up my personal information which is kind of scary seeing that I provided you with a lot of it on my application. After sitting on hold for 30 minutes, I finally gave up trying to get ahold of someone who could help. I am really starting to question the credibility of this company. Not only was my application denied for invalid reasons, but the fact that no one can help makes me feel like I dodged a bullet because I don't think this company is qualified to be handling large sums of money.

They seem more “personal” than most finance companies.They look at more than just a credit score and see the person behind it and listen to their plan and what they want to accomplish with the loan. The process is fairly simple and approval was pretty fast. Reasonable terms and payment options makes them better than most !

Tried to get a loan. Offered up to 12,000 loan. Jumped thru the hoops, lady i was working with could barely complete sentences. I made 78,000 last year, they denied me, said i didnt make but 33,000. I said did you see the SECOND w2??? I really think that if you WANTED my business, then you would have scheduled me an appointment. But NO. I really think its racial, every employee i spoke with was black. So im really disappointed.

Do not borrow from one main they are a scam. Legal loan sharks that will lie to you to get you to borrow.

Nice and easy process. I was in and out the agent Kaylee was wonder and the branch manager came over to meet me. Wonderful experience. I highly recommend this loan company.
