No cashier check paper..... can't conduct business I signed up to use the account for.

Came into the bank today because I had experienced fraud on my business accounts. Hope Meicher went above and beyond to make sure I walked out there with a game plan and spent hours working with me on setting up new accounts. She worked through her lunch break and everything and made sure to work with me on the complexity of my business account structures. I can’t say this for all Truist locations as I had to go to 2 different ones before I was directed here, but Hope was wonderful and I’d visit her at any location.

Went to bank late Friday afternoon as I needed a temp ATM card. Received outstanding service from Mr. Simpson the Branch Leader, not sure about all the low reviews as I was treated very professionally. The reason for the 4-Star rating is because I called and left a voicemail message and it's going on 2 weeks later have not received a response. Businesses should always return calls of their customers or just don't bother having phone service.
