Very professional with many useful tools to satisfy any banking need. Keandra, in the Valdosta office, was especially helpful and went above and beyond to help me and I truly appreciate it! This is the type of service you may expect from this credit union.

Southeastern Credit Union will take EVERY opportunity to charge fees to your account!! I had $30,000 in deposits at any given time during the pandemic/ordered lockdown and they charged me fees for not using my ATM card enough!!! Where?? Everything was shutdown!! And they got attitudinal with me for getting mad about it ... but two months of fees that I had no chance of avoiding! Disabled Veteran!!

Best staff in the world! Everyone is helpful and very quick when supporting members!

Great Experience. Staff was fantastic to deal with! Mrs. Brenda Steverson spent a lot of time explaining the various types of accounts available and the advantages of each. She introduced me to all of the ladies on staff and did everything she could to make me comfortable. I was treated like a member of the family instead of a customer number!
