I dealt with rudeness and inconsistent information, they're shady in my opinion. Not qualities for people representing a loan company. Do yourself a favor and AVOID these people. Rude, demanding, and (trying to not say liars) misinformation... a little Napoleon complex on display WAS entertaining tho...

I've been using Sterling for my taxes and personal loan needs for the last 15 years!!! Kelli and Sterling are very down to Earth people and will help you in anyway they can... But at the end of the day this is a business and Sterling will handle his business so if you can't make those payments then commonsense should tell you not to get a loan! I would definitely suggest this company to anyone who needs tax services or small loans❤

DO NOT GIVE THIS ESTABLISHMENT YOUR BUSINESS!! I was with them for 3 years never was late on a payment. I came across one month where I was behind a few weeks and when I spoke with a representative they said it would be totally fine. I then paid my account up to date the next week just to see two days later they reported 2 late payments to my account when there was only one and after they had promised to keep it in house do to my lengthy business. Also the owner is a rude and arrogant with zero respect for his customers!

They Threatened court after a payment was 9 days late.They were rude and disrespectful I paid the loan off early and after borrowing 100 paid back almost 300.The owner could care less that his staff was leaving messages at the wrong number I told them to change it twice I explained to him that I would just pay it off early then.They did not appreciate my business and I will never borrow here again due to the lack of professionalism towards me. Also it was suggested that if I didn't take the insurances I wouldn't get the loan. There are so many loan companies in Winder that after 8 days they are not threatening court,. Unbelievable!

Went with friend do their taxes and well to say they robbed him blind is understatement. They told him 180 do refund advance well he got denied but they kept the fee ok I get it but then when taxes came back they sock him with hidden non disclosed amount of 160 for bank fees that they did not upfront tell him about. Horrible place and please whatever you do don't listen to Kelly she tells nothing but lies

This is the best loan company,.. Very nice professional employee and the owner is a very Great man.. Will recommend this company as #1 in Winder....
