My name is De and I recently visited the location for the first time. My main reason for coming was because of the reviews. I was assisted my Alicia who listened to my problem and assisted with A1 service. It took about an hour to compete but she got something done that my banks were whom I had been with for years were unwilling to assist with, which was cash a 401k with a letter typo. She was patient and knowledgeable and she is a perfect example of what customer service should consistently be!! I am pleased with the outcome and will visit again in the future if the need arisis. Treat he right CIC, you got a rare one!!

I went to the Monroe branch the rep was very short and I felt stereotyped due my appearance and my check amount I called the same place in winder Alicia (manager) was beyond helpful got my check cashed I was able to get done everything I needed for Christmas
