They pulled my credit even after the fact that they knew that I worked at a finance company and they cannot loan out to people that work at other finance companies.. and it dropped my credit a good bit not too happy with local finance in Winder Georgia. Will be making complaint higher up

Brittany is the MOST Unprofessional associate I have ever come in contact with. She left a VERY RUDE voicemail for SOMEONE ELSE she was trying to get In contact with! I have no account here yet I was targeted as if I was not a paying customer. When I called to politely tell her how unprofessional she was she argued with me, hung up on me instead of telling me she was sorry and she tried to justify her rude voicemail. When I asked for a manager she tells me she won’t be back in until Thursday! She was super unprofessional at Sunset and she’s bringing this same energy to Noble! Please address this rude and unprofessional associate. You should not call anyone’s references being rude .

Was 6 days late on a payment so they came to my house. Since then I've been laid off for the 3rd time since March. I didn't ask for the loan. They sent a check in the mail and it arrived the day before Thanksgiving. We're in the middle of a Pandemic and alot of people are struggling and of course I cashed that check. They are rude and talk to you like a child and they said for the second time, they're gonna come to my house in a rude tone. If they do, they will get an earful and I will tell them again to not step on my property or else.

Over the years, the staff have been friendly enough. Their business model charges high interest, and calculates that interest into the loan up front. Giving you a total payback on a $500 loan somewhere between 800-900 over the life of a 9 month loan. Paying off the loan early makes no difference in how much you pay back. There is no escape from the inane interest. However, given that as of Friday afternoon, April 3, 2020, the Governor of Georgia has issued a mandatory statewide shutdown of nonessential businesses and a shelter in place order for nonessential employees due to Covid-19, in addition to emergency federal legislation regarding finance, I'm giving a two star rating. They are demanding payments, and demanding you visit their office in spite of state and local executive orders and the current public health risks. After I pay off my account, I will likely go longer do business with this company.
