Security Finance, Winder, GA

beyond over this company. I’ve never had an account or even tried to get an account with them but they call me every week for my sisters account. I’ve asked to be taken off the call list and they say they will but never do. They call and harass me for information on my sister but when i ask for info such as amount owed or anything they “can’t disclose that information”.. these people are rude and will harass anyone you put as a reference. DONT USE THIS COMPANY

I'm so disheartened right now. Last year I had an amazing experience with this place and my taxes, so much so that I begged my fiance to file his taxes with them. Yesterday he walks in the office and was told by the lady that he needed to make an appointment because they are busy and she was the only one there, which we totally understand so he made an appointment for today at 230 for both of us to file our taxes. We get there and start filling out our paperwork when a couple walks in to apply for a loan, the lady at the desk who is in the middle of taking my fiance's information, asks us if we can wait while they submit their application. This is a tiny bit fustrating but we figure we will go outside and smoke to chill out and take a deep breath. When we come back inside we are then asked if we can come back another time because she's got two more appointments today. That was the straw the broke the camel's back. So our appointment didn't matter but the walk-in and the other appointments are important? What about us? Is this professional? When a customer is treated like this, it makes us feel really disrespected.

Miranda was very knowledgeable about the products they offer. Bad decisions& unforeseen events lead me an unfavorable credit rating; Miranda was very courteous and treated me remarkably well, in spite of my credit challenges! The loan process was very quick & easy. I highly recommend Security Finance!

Miranda was very nice and kind to me thru out the entire loan process. She’s a sweetheart and she made the loan process easy and explain everything thoroughly. Although I wasn’t able to get approved for the full amount I requested I would still recommend doing business with her.
