Never had any issues at all. I believe that if you pay on time you wont have any issues anywhere. So If you cannot make a payment on time on a monthly basis do not finance anything anywhere. They dont report to credit bureaus but they will do if you dnt pay. With buyhere pay here programs the only person at risk is always the consumer so please be very careful when choosing at will and other similar services. They will make sure your credit gets trashed. I gave 5 stars because if you called them 24 hrs before your payment due date they wont hesitate to reschedule your payment for a later date and therefore they won my respect

They will do a hard credit pull but claim to be small so they wont report to your credit. I am a believer that if you need my credit for a sale you must be report to contribute.

Call on a Saturday afternoon @4.00 to make my payment 2 months in a roll and the lady that called every other day would not answer to take my payment and I ask her today are you open till ,5.00 oh yes we are so I ran put my check in the bank and called at 4.00 till 5.00 no body would answer phone so I think she needs to check her watch.before she leaves before 4..00 I never had a problem making my payment when mark was there .

Great easy financing

Lady on the phone was highly disrespectful. Saying I was going “wild” on her when I wasn’t and then when I asked her to stop and that I wasn’t going wild she said “why are you even calling” well let’s see my name is on the car. I have the right to call. (Someone took over payments while still in my name) I told her I was calling to figure out why she was late and she went off again on me! Do better AtWill finance cause that was highly disrespectful and rude! I will never purchase another car from you again because of that awful service. The car is almost done being paid off and I was calling to figure out how to help the girl who was taking over payment on why she was late and I got yelled at for helping? On a car that’s in my name that messes my credit up and you wanna yell at me?! She never even apologized for doing it she just sarcastically and not even sincerely said sorry she was just 100% rude about it. I have half a mind to call back and get ahold of her boss.
