OMF used to be great. The staff was wonderful until they brought on a very unprofessional, no aloha team member who holds customers hostage when they call asking for the team member they normally work with. Taylor will not let you speak with the team member you are asking for. She blocks every attempt to discuss your account with the team member who handles the account. She is very controlling and rude. As long time customers, we decided to just payoff the accounts and not do business with them as long as Taylor is there. Several other friends and family agree. They are planning to do the same.

They email me to see my offers, They do not even show me a rate of interest, they right away get a hard inquiry in my credit, Without notice or warning. They call me to see if I would like to apply for the credit, I explain that I'm not interested and please remove the hard inquiry, The customer service representative shows that they don't care abut my concern issue if you do not apply for the credit. Before you give them any personal information to see your pre-qualify be aware that they will affect your credit.

Can always depend on One Main for my financial needs. They're quick in processing my loan and employees are always friendly , and helpful.

The staff here is very friendly and they made the loan process easy and efficient. I would recommend them if you need a quick loan.

Excellent service, speed, friendly. Took care if every detail. Explained in fine details. From start to finish could not have ask for anything better. Highly recommend.
