I filed to open my application to open an account with the right address to my surprise they change it to a different address so the checks I ordered were sent to the wrong address. I did the correction in their website and again to my surprise they change it to the address I don’t know where they got it from. Now, I don’t know if I will ever get me the personal checks I ordered.

Great service and great people

Waited over 1 hour to make a wire transfer. Then they wanted $50 to do that. Also asked personal questions about do I know the person I want to send money to and what is my relationship to that person. Lol ii was a frustrating experience.

IIlove the bank .. Hate the hours! How can we do business if the hours is not working out for normal working hours people. .it makes American savings more convenient! .. couple trip to the bank to find out it's close!!🤔🤔 …
