This is what Banks used to be like. After dealing with Bank of America the past couple years FHB knows their stuff. Friendly smart people that get you in and out.

Poor customer service ! their phones are never answered !! and it took me over a month to get my bank card which I still have not received .. I'm not happy with this bank and most likely going to close the account.. Thanks!

Went in on a Saturday to make a deposit, minimum waiting time and the teller was very fast and polite.

Since when do banks close at 4?

horrible, awful, unacceptably bad bank experience. i opened an account. it was not possible to do external transfers. i called and was told someone would reach out to me. that never happened. a few weeks later, i got the ATM card. the ATM card would not work, and multiple phone calls trying to reset the PIN was a huge waste of time. every phone call to the bank took over an hour, and i was never able to access the money i opened the account with. i set an appointment to close the account, because i don’t have time during business hours to stand for an hour in their teller line. i got here at my appointment time and was told i couldn’t be helped via appointment as was directed to stand in a line of 15 people in order to close the account. horrible experience and epic waste of my time. highly recommend not banking here, it’s outdated, slow, and their processes don’t work. not a good institution to trust money with.

If I didn’t have to do my elderly parents banking for them I would NEVER come here. Why is there always such a LONG wait to see a teller. Today, I stood in line for 35 minutes with only 5 people ahead of me! 4 tellers, 2 “in training,” 1 just sitting there with her window closed doing NOTHING, no joke! And the last one seeing customers and moving in slow motion. I would be more understanding if there wasn’t always such a long wait, but not a chance. Every time I go there it’s a long wait. Insane.

I do not recommend this bank,sometimes I got overdraft fee for $60.00 it’s just stupid and scam.
