I love all the tellers at this Credit Union...Wendy personal called me to let me know u had insufficient funds for a transactions to go through. She asked if I could come in asap to deposit sufficient funds so I would not be charged over draft fees. I have been with them for almost 2 yrs... I started as a stranger and now I am address by name every time I come in..5 star customer service!!

Every employee at KFCU is so accommodating and sweet. They almost all know you by name and are very helpful. I've never encountered a negative experience.

Customer Service was of no help with retrieving or changing Bank Card PIN # on a Friday at closing time. Big Brush Off. Sad
