Doug is not the guy you want to go to if you want to get things done. He is slow at getting back to you. He is poor at customer service. He asks for the same documents multiple times. Many people I have spoken with after seeking his services had told me he was slow. I even heard of deals falling through because of his delays. I do not recommend him to anyone. I went with VIP mortgages and everything was quicker and much better handled. Do not go to this guy.
