HFS Federal Credit Union - Kona Coast, Kailua-Kona, HI

Had an absolutely wonderful time with HFS. My loan officer Paula was outstanding. The clerks at the front desk were very helpful. What also made my day was there was no line when I walked in. Thats so rare these days at banks. I highly recommend.

I had questions because I needed help concerning my account, mailing address and the new card system that took place recently. So I called this branch. Someone nice from staff answered and helped me, I think her name was Kim. She was awesome, and all my problems and concerns were solved thanks to her. Mahalo HFS for the excellent service. The best credit union ever.

Paula Ross exemplifies excellent customer service. It was fast and easy as always to get a loan. Paula and the rest of the Kona HFS staff are all caring and compassionate to my needs. I will definitely recommend HFS to all my friends and family.

Great place, great services but it takes 15-20 minutes every time you come in to make a 2 minute transaction. Be helpful if they had atm deposits and atm.

I just applied for a loan online. Paula was really thorough of what I needed to get done. Very fast approval and I was able to sign online which was convenient. Everything was an easy process. Aaron was helpful in helping me set up my new savings account .Very friendly!
