Please do not use this company. I have been trying to do a VA Assumable loan with this company and it has been stuck in Underwriting for 3+ months. They have pushed back the deadline for underwriting 4 times - with no explanation as to why. They sent me the wrong documents to fill out initially, so sent me the correct ones a month and a half later. They will not assign you a loan officer who you can work with or a direct phone number. They will give a generic 800 number, but when you call - they take a message and say someone will call you back in 3 days. Then they call at 0400 HI time. This counts as your call back, so you need to call again and wait another 3 days. They have asked me to provide documentation they need ti get from the Title company - that I do not have. I have never dealt with such horrible customer service in and inability to speak to a real person that can provide answers in my life. If you want your loan to close and want to save yourself some serious frustration - please use another company! Don’t just take my word for it.
