Updated review June 2020: Four years later, Brad is still looking out for his clients! As soon as I qualified for the VA IRRL, I got an email from Brad and quickly gave him a call. He has a team that helped me get all my paperwork processed in a timely manner and again, Brad took the time to explain everything to me. About a month and a half after receiving the email, my refi was closed. There's no doubt that I will go to Brad for my future home purchasing or refinancing needs! Original review June 2016: Brad was my loan specialist and he was amazing from the start! I'm a first time home-buyer and Brad ensured that I was comfortable with everything throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain things to me and also kept me updated in a timely manner. If I was unsure about something, he would not hesitate to give me sound advice or recommendations with my best interest in mind. If I had a question about something, Brad always provided a correct answer or took the time to get the right answer for me. He is completely trustworthy, reliable, and diligent.
