I've been with HawaiiUSAFCU for just about 20yrs now and I never encountered any bad experiences. No matter how many new representatives I've come across, both @ Waipahu & Kapolei branches, everyone has a positive attitude and are willing to help me or direct me to who or how I can get the help that I need.

I work in Customer Service and I always strive to provide the kind of customer service I would like to receive. I wanted to ensure that Naomi Lim knows that she provided awesome customer service. I worked with her on my Personal Loan. She gave me some knowledgeable advice that I can apply and help me financially. Thank you for the great customer service! Keep up the great work!

The Account Representative Cherish is an Awesome employee of the Company. This woman deserves a Raise and highly recommended to see her for any banking/ financial assistance. My rating for Cherish is a 5+ Star. Corporate and Human Resources need to be aware and notified her Excellent Customer Service. ONLY CHERISH Deserves an Awesome Reward and Raise for all she is whole-heartedly doing to increase customer service skills and further the future of the company. We all need winners like her to be the face of this company.

Was a great financial institution years ago, however I went to the mainland for a few years and left my account dormant with $1000 in it. When I went to retrieve my money, Hawaii USA had charged me over $30 a month for a "returned mail" fee. Apparently instead of changing my address to the one they had been notified of, or contacting me via email or cell phone, they felt it was in their best interest to begin charging my account. I would never do business with them again due to this blatant theft.

Great people and customer service. I've been with them for 20+ years. Got to know some of them, going to Kapolei branch is my preferred location.

If I could put a negative. Teller made cashiers check to wrong person. a name I don't even know Lenchanko R*****. I don't know nor have I met this person.
