The customer service provided by Tammy at HFS Federal Credit Union was the most enjoyable, effective, swift and personal banking experience I have ever had. The entire process took very little time, the communication was punctual, and the customer service was excellent. As a new Hawaii resident, I will never have to bank elsewhere.

Satisfied customer. Big problem today went to the bank to do some errands, surprise I don't have the amount of funds as I expected.. teller was very polite, considerate and was able to tolerate me with a smile as of course fustration sets in.. after some back and forth, a couple printed papers we got to the bottom and found a resolution. Seems they stayed after hours to solve my problem as they called later that evening to assure everything was back in order. Very happy with the results and how this situation was handled until next time Mahalo

I was very happy with the help of better understanding how to open up a line of credit. It was an awesome experience. I will definitely recommend family members who have not yet established credit to work with Dana Lee. She explained everything so easily. I'm very thankful she's so patient and willing to work with me to better understand things. Also so helpful while answering my questions. I'm a big skeptic when I don't understand something of this sort but I'm happy to have had such a kind and helpful worker, thank you!!

Just walking in the establishment and the friendly tellers who are not busy, greets you with big smiles. They are more than willing to help you and make you feel comfortable. While I was seated and waiting to open an account, I was approached several times by employees inquiring if someone was helping me and if I had any questions. Such thoughtfulness of the customers concerns are very comforting in knowing that help is always near. Opening an account was very thorough and all information regarding banking was readily given in a professional manner. My questions were all promptly answered with no questions left unanswered. A great experience handled in a proper and professional manner. I will enjoy banking here with such a friendly and concerning atmosphere.
