Garden Island Federal Credit Union, Koloa, HI

GIFCU, used to be a great place to bank. They were a credit union. That is not the case anymore. All of the staff is all new. They are trying to act like a "Bank" now. I am sure all of the old staff quit because they were tired of hearing complaints since new management took over. There is no customer service anymore. I have been with them for over 25 years and am sad to say, I will be closing all accounts and banking elsewhere.

This place has been my main bank for around 7 years now. I like workers here. They are so nice to their customers.

This is a terrible bank. They operate like they are still in the 80’s. 10 business day holds on checks when standard is now 2-5. They can’t print checks or provide debit cards in branch. 10 business days to get in mail. They hold direct deposit for three days and they say they didn’t hold it. Terrible.
