First Hawaiian Bank Lihue Branch, Lihue, HI

My husband opened up an checking and saving account, I wasn’t there but I was coming that day to sign the paper work everything was backwards anyways. I had to bring the papers home for my husband to sign and bring back. A banker name Sam helped me but he was not very friendly at all it’s almost like he didn’t want to help me he made everything more difficult. I wasn’t happy at all, so I decided I won’t transfer none of my money to this bank Gather Federal credit union got my service now , opened up a new account got my visa debit card on the spot and also my letter of verification of accounts right then and there amazing I’m very happy with Gather federal credit union. Yes my husband and I have a joint account here at First Hawaiian bank if it was up to me I would leave this bank and never return again!!! Case closed.

Looks like they only have one customer service rep available to assist customers. Been here 1 hour and still waiting. This place blows.

Waited an hour in line because it took 2 tellers per transaction to do anything. Closed my account.

Good location next to the Post Office and lots of parking space. Drive-Through window is just amazing.

Please get the hours of operation correct. They are open on Friday 8:30-6pm. The hours are wrong on other days as well.
