If I could give a 0 I would!!! Money was sent to them from my gap refund from a car I paid off and it was deposited into my savings account instead of being sent to me. Trying to get it out since I live out of state was requiring me to take time off of work to get a notarized form for them to release my money and close the account. So decided to do a member to member transfer so I can get my money sooner rather than a week later. They fail to tell me the suffix is 0 saving or 71 for checking to do this transfer so I kept getting an error code. So when I called them back they REFUSED to answer my call. I called 5 times and it was forwarded to the call center. I made my boyfriend call and they answered right away. Great customer service!!! So grateful I paid off this car note and will have nothing to do with them once my money is transferred out. Hawaii federal credit union is a million times better at taking care of their customers.
