Great products and customer service. We appreciate the business services and reasonable cost to maintain our Union 76 Wiki Wiki Mart's accounts. Limited hours for a small and friendly community. Good to have CU Hawaii as part of the community; a nice improvement since the business take over.

We just moved here from the mainland and everyone was helpful, kind and welcoming. In the 6 weeks since, the service has been nothing short of perfect for all of our needs. Cannot say enough about the professionalism of this Credit Union in general and this branch in particular.

Tellers are always friendly. Not snobby like so many other banks are. Very courteous and respectful. Well appreciated here.

I love the friendly service, the staff are awesome! This CU Branch is much different than the other locations due to it's setup. Face to face service. I recommend this bank for both personal and business accounts.

Bank charge you $2+ per page for statements that should be free also customer service is awful. Manager does not know anything about basic math and how things are calculated. Place is a joke and looking to nickle and dime you. I'd stay away if I were you...I have learned my lesson hard way.

I was there a couple days ago and they lied about info on cashing a check so I went all the way to Hilo for nothing and my company has damages now. So power to Cryptocurrency and to hell with this outdated banking system!

ALWAYS AN ISSUE. Depositing a check takes 5 tries per check because they add something different to the endorsement process constantly. Takes two weeks for checks to be deposited and available to use. Switched to here from Bank of Hawaii and am equally as disappointed.
