The worst experience of my life, I have been trying to transfer my funds to another account for over 6 months, I have called, I have messaged, no one has helped, I have never felt so hopeless in my life, all I want is my money returned and my bank account to be closed And worse every month they continue to change me monthly fees

The staff at the branch is great. They do their jobs well. Unfortunately their call center wait times are frequently over a half hour. The call center situation is unacceptable.
