Hello this is the best Hawaiiusa Federal credit union. The personnel here are very friendly, professional, and always great you with a smile. They are fast and ready to help credit union members with their financial needs. Also they open early 8:30 am on the weekdays. THEY ARE AWESOME.

This branch is my fave on the island! DriveThru, Plenty Parking Space and Open on Saturdays. Best Bank in Oahu.

This credit union always gives me a hard time. Today I'd used the ATM machine and I didn't get the debit card back and now I have to wait 4 days to get it back and I wasn't even able to finish my transaction because the ATM wouldn't let me.

Mobile deposit is not worth waiting for another 3 days . Especially if you know you can be in branch in a day or 2 and need to make a payment. I will no longer use mobile deposit.

Manny…able to make a decision on the fly about a big withdrawal without my first seeing if the cash was available…very understanding, friendly and professional throughout my transaction…nice HawaiiUSA branch, very accommodating.

Lady with flowers on both arms tattoo all over sunflower ocean. No customer service just wants you out the door. Do not listen to what I asked to put on my cashiers check. This has reoccurred more than once.
