By far my favorite pawn shop. Been to a couple and they don't compare. Yvette is awesome to work with and I highly recommend her if your looking for gold. She has the best prices in town!

Honest, trustworthy and knowlgeable are what come to mind when thinking about my experience with Yvette and this shop. Will be back again for any of my jewelry purchases.

I called this place a few times and was greeted by a kind and helpful representative who was patient and provided all the answers I needed prior to going to there store. Fast forward a day or two I finally have time to swing by to conduct some business and was pleasantly relieved to see that they have a locked door because a few of the pawn shops I’ve been to in the past didn’t and I felt vulnerable, to say the least. I was met with the same representative and she embodied all the friendly and warm customer service which I was expecting from my dealings with her over the phone. The business itself was conducted professionally with a casual vibe. At no point did I feel put off or uneasy about the whole store and dealing with them, and I felt that partially because I did my work ahead of time that my transaction with the shop was fair. I went in with the understanding that it’s Hawaii, everythings expensive and as a business; you need to stay afloat so I didn’t beat them up with the prices they offered me. In summary, I would recommend others to swing by and check it out.

Wonderful service and a great product buy from a highly reputable business here in Hawaii! I purchased a beautiful Red Guitar from the owner. She was very kind, extremely knowledgeable and had the most upbeat personality! We're definitely coming back here!

first time coming here &’ when i walked in RIGHT OFF THE BAT she was rude &’ very unwelcoming. Asking me if it was my jewelry or someone else’s jus because i came in with my mom &’ my bf, obvi it was mine. she had told me it was $5 to do a estimate because its there “time &’ machine” which i get , but her attitude is what rubbed me the wrong way. this made me so upset &’ i’ll never be coming back!! FIX YOUR ATTITUDE.
