I love my credit union! I never wait for help. They go above and beyond the call of duty, are all sweet and have true aloha spirit. I think it's great - very progressive and supportive of women - that they let them bring their babies to work. I look forward to going there every time! Oh - they're also knowledgeable and professional.

I find all the young women working at the Kamuela Branch of HFFCU are friendly, always greeting members with a smile and hello. They seem knowledgable, patient, welcoming. I never have long waits, often no wait at all. When I leave I always feel happily satisfied. Thank you for making banking a positive experience. Aloha~january H-W.
