Don't do business with these guys. The customer service sucked. I ended up speaking to most of the employees there over the phone. I would randomly get letters from them stating that I got approved for these amounts and so I called and asked them questions. The first person I spoke to was Larry, he was okay. Then he transferred me to Terry, she asked me questions about my job etc.. she asked me why I needed the loan, I told her it would be nice to have a little extra just so I could use it to visit my parents in Vegas . Then she tells me I had options to choose between going with collateral or without. Of course I told her without, I don't want my car to be used as a collateral and restart my whole car loan along with this new loan. Then I made sure and asked her if I really got approved and she said yes. Later she tells me she'll call back which she did but missed called. Once I called back I ended up speaking to Anderson? Not sure if that's his right name but at first thought this guy was better to speak to but I was wrong. I couldn't take him seriously because he would ask questions and say something then starts laughing unnecessarily. At one point he tells me he cares about his clients and wants to make sure they're not putting themselves in deeper trouble. That's great but at the same time it didn't sound too great because honestly some people can say those just to get their client's trust and once you've earned the trust then that's when you're able to do anything, so nice try. As a matter of fact I had an appointment with them on Saturday at 10. I was a little late but luckily I called before going there. Again I spoke to Anderson and he told me the same options that Terry told me. I still chose the same thing. This time he said he couldn't give me the fund that day because they're closing at 11 so I needed to go there today (Monday) I said sure. In my head I'm thinking so I got approved but these guys didn't even get to see my pay stubs? Then he mentioned about sending my photo ID, paystubs, etc on this link that he sent me through my email so that way when I come in today everything would have been processed and all I need is to sign papers and take my funds. We hung up and did what he told me to. Then I called back and ended up with Terry again, I told her to check their email if they received it and she said they haven't yet but once she does she'll call back first thing in the morning on Monday, today. I waited for her call but nothing. So I called her and all she tells me sorry but unfortunately they couldn't approve me. Say what? First you tell me I was approved and now I'm not. So all that credit pulling was obviously for nothing and ruined my credit report. Next time do it professionally way. Don't mislead people and make sure to see their paystubs and other information before approving them just based out of their credit report. To the people that's reading. Save your time and look elsewhere like credit union. They have better rates too. This company has crazy rates.

Loan officer Larry gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced, he was very rude and inconsiderate. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY!!

One of their employees ran a hard inquiry on my credit without my permission. They said they'd call back and never did.
