This branch is in need of a major overhaul. The business manager is about as non professional as they come.

After 2 years I got reminded why I hate this bank. Specifically this branch. They are rude, unhelpful and seem controlling of how you need to use your own money. Can't cash a whole paycheck because they "just can't give me that kind of cash" .....this is exactly why I do all my banking through my veridian account. I will be returning in the future to entirely close my account and encourage my family to bank else where moving forward.

Been with Lincoln forever and probably won't ever change that. Hometown bank.
