The 2 women at the Fort Dodge location are the most unprofessional excuses for Customer Service Professionals that I have EVER come into contact with. They called my office to verify a check then, got an attitude when I asked questions about it. Really?!?! Why are you calling me if I'm not supposed to ask questions?!?!

It amazes me how many places refuse to help veterans when this is supposedly a veteran friendly town. The one gal was very condescending. And apparently they only help people who make a lot of money and have been at their current job forever.
