Thought my loan was ready to go before we drove 1.5 hours to sign papers. Got there early so went to Kohls only to receive a phone call that they couldn’t do the loan we had talked about but had another option. Jouri ( not sure if that’s how her name is spelled) was out to lunch. Note that this was 40 minutes before our scheduled appointment. Got there 10 minutes late and she was still on lunch break. She then came in to tell us that they could, basically screw us over for 66 months🙄. We rejected their “offer” and when she went to get other “offers”, we walked out. My advice is to get your deal done, all but signing the papers, if you want to pursue a loan with One Main Financial. Most companies would call the client if they went back into the office and the clients were gone. Nope, not a peep out of them. They prey on desperate people and we figured out that we just aren’t that desperate. Good luck.
