Banked here when it was Liberty and loved it. Switched to Northwest bank about four years ago and still really enjoy it. It's hassle free, great service, and happy tellers. We financed our mortgage through Northwest and had an excellent experience there as well. My wife does most of the interaction here and she has never had a negative thing to say - some employees have really left an impression on her.

Had account with them when I as working there but moved to Omaha. I traveled from Omaha to Okoboji and ask my account to be closed but they didn't. Instead, they keep collecting return check fees from my school and when the fees add up to $190, they closed the account. Now they sent my info to collection guy and they call me and asking for $230 payment for money I didn't spent. Bad customer service. Who keeps account open just to collect return check fees??? NorthwestBank does and its poor. You guys should refund my available balance before you started your return fees. You guys are owing me and not I owing you.
