Sue is very rude and unpleasant to deal with. I tried to call the 53rd branch and tried to make a payment on a loan that my 80 year old grandfather has, which I’ve done countless times, and unluckily received Sue the “ branch manager” of bettendorfs branch. She was very rude and threw sass at me while explaining the policies I already knew. Being in Des Moines and not able to pop back just to make a payment for him or not wanting to send a check I appreciate the help I get at 53rd and have had multiple loans myself through them. Sue, the branch manager, makes me question dealing with the family credit union.

Sue has always treated me with great customer service. I've felt at ease, each and every time. That I've walked in the door. Two auto loans and one person loan. No questions asked. Great communication, terms and over all experience. They're my go to.... they will earn my future business.
