I was charged an over draft fee because I didnt have the money in my account to cover a transaction. The bank did not cover the transaction, they just charged me for nothing. I didnt have the money to cover a "automatic payment " , so they charged me an overdraft fee, ..lol, it doesn't make sense to me neither.

Love this bank. If they see a charge on my account that has never been there before they call me right away. If something pulls from my account and I forget about it and there isn’t enough they will call me before the payment gets returned to cover the additional amount owed. They also call every couple weeks to see if I have any questions. Great bank

Great credit union but severely lacking in terms of service of cashing checks

Employees are horrendous. And main office FULL OF LIARS! Bank ANYWHERE ELSE!
