Check Into Cash, Burlington, IA

I highly recommend this Check Into Cash Store. The staff is very friendly and and good customer service is high on their priority list. I ran into a short delay regarding a payback, life happens, however, I spoke with 2 representatives about it, they were very sympathetic and worked with me. The district manager, Amber was awesome.

Doris i think is her name at check into cash but she is a very very nice generous caring woman. She is very patient and will help you getting a loan if possible. I highly highly recommend her to everyone. Go speak to her and she will definitely help you out. Her customer service is incredible I appreciated her!!!

I visited the burlington Iowa location and I was waited on by a representative by the name of Jenifer she's from the Fort Madison store,she was the best at everything she helped me with she has the best customer service I've seen in a long time check into cash is lucky to have her on their team! When I went in to see what services were offered, the door was locked, so I looked in the window and the lady was sitting in the back on the floor. I had trouble finding the location as it came up as Western Union. When I was finally able to enter the lady was rude and stated that it was the Western Union site and that the owner had bought the services but never updated the information online. And it was Check Into Cash and not Western Union according to her. She asked me if I was going to do business or just fishing for information; at this point the phone rang which she answered without speaking anymore to me. She gave her name as Joan or Joann. I will never do any business with her or this company.

My initial in store experience was okay, the clerk was friendly and informative. It cost me $150 to cash my check, but whatever. The clerk informed me that the majority of the check had to be put on a card, but that I needn't worry, it would work just as a debit card does and I could shop online as well. They also informed me that there was a convenient downloadable app to monitor my balance. However, in nearly every transaction I've tried with the card I've had trouble getting it to run and it has declined on EVERY online purchase I've made (with a decline fee), and that convenient downloadable app will not accept my credentials and let me log in, even though I've double checked and know they're right. Naturally, I stopped back in to the store to work out these problems and was told "Oh, I'm sorry, we can't help you now; you'll have to call the 1-800 number." Really?? I cannot in good faith recommend this business for cashing checks. You're better off stopping in at the bank of your choice and opening a new account.

Only one person here at 4:45 pm. It's ridiculous and have a 5 person line on a Friday.the lady here did great. Management should be ashamed making her work here alone with all this money making her a target
