First Interstate Bank, Burlington, IA

I liked Great Western MUCH better. First Interstate bank is not open Saturdays or after 5. They are NEVER open when I'm off work. I used to be able to go to GW before or after work or on Saturday. Seriously thinking about switching banks.

Kinda annoyed that nothing is communicated to the people about if things happen or if they are closing early. Not once did I get an email,text or call letting me know these kinds of things.

This bank will hit you with fines for everything. Including allowing charges to occur on a closed account and then sticking you with overdraft fees. 3 years the bank didn't contact me allowing these charges to happen on a CLOSED ACCOUNT.

Amazing people work there! Always feel so wonderful after meeting them while doing operations with my bank account! Always super helpful and really amazing! Even we moved to Texas now, but still going to keep our accounts Thanks soo much guys!!!
